interest in the Companys issued share capital.
The Company received notification on 18 May 2006 that, Gartmore Investment Management had
reduced its notifiable interest to 7,535,669 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company at
16 May 2006, representing 14.99% of the outstanding share capital of the Company.
