GRESHAM HIRES DAVE DELLER

LONDON 7 July 2006 Gresham Computing plc has appointed Dave Deller as managing director of its EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) operations. Deller assumes responsibility for the company's European business and as part of that will spearhead an aggressive drive to promote the global uptake of Gresham's suite of real time information solutions, including Real Time Nostro ("RTN").

Since Gresham took over primary responsibility for sales and management of the joint RTN solution it launched with Cable & Wireless, the company has been enhancing its financial services team with a series of senior hires. With more than 28 years experience in technology sales, senior management and directorship, Deller's key objective in his new role is to build a team of banking and treasury specialists who will work with both data provider and subscriber banks to extend the uptake of the company's flagship RTN service.

The RTN service helps financial institutions improve global liquidity management, minimise the risks associated with foreign currency and securities settlements and enhance operational efficiency.

Having spent the last seven years managing sales exclusively in the payments sector, Deller has extensive knowledge of the issues that banks face today, and has witnessed first hand the benefits of real-time information in the payments arena. Prior to taking the role at Gresham, Deller held senior sales and management roles at Fundtech, Compaq, Tandem and ICL.
