GRESHAM COMPUTING PLC AT ASSOCIATION OF FINANCE PROFESSIONALS CONFERENCE, LOS ANGELES OCTOBER 19-22, 2008

Eric Sepkes spent 38 years at Citi in various roles and is well known for his thought leadership in the areas of real-time payments and trade solutions. • Risk and liquidity management. We help our customers, banks and their customers, manage liquidity in real-time. Today we have the annual equivalent of $140 Trillion of real-time cash transactions in 19 currencies going through the service. The service allows banks to manage their own risk and liquidity positions in real-time but also allows banks to publish information in real-time to their customers, for example to broker/dealers and other corporations and hence drive client transaction revenues and enhance client stickiness.

• Supply chain financing and e-invoicing. Our proven supply chain financing platform provides a readily deployable solution for US domestic and global banks seeking to provide their customers with supply chain and financial supply chain technology. Today there are 60,000 suppliers on the system globally. The system is available on a hosted basis to white label a bank, enabling the bank to provide it’s customers with a 21st century trade and supply chain platform.

• Cash deposit aggregation. Our proven deposit aggregation platform provides banks with an effective way of attracting and retaining customer credit balances. We have successfully deployed this solution and attracted billions in new deposits working in partnership with a bank.
