The Phone Banking product is currently fully integrated with Clareti Banking, utilizing the database to allow the bank's clients access to all of their accounts. If you are using a different banking system, Phone Banking can be easily integrated. Access to Phone Banking is provided through a standard telephone and incorporates the following features:

  • Balance inquiry on chequing, saving and other accounts

  • Provides transaction information for the last five available transactions

  • Allows the client to transfer funds between accounts. receptive to other product promotions

  • Allows the client to apply for a loan

  • Provides deposit rate information
