This Module automates and simplifies the management of safety deposit boxes across your entire branch network. Information is held at a central point, making it easy for users across your organization to service or locate boxes. Full reporting is available to support fee collection and identification of unused boxes as well as summary reports of General Ledger entries generated.
Features include:
Automated collection of box rental on user-specified dates
The ability to open a box at one branch and charge an account at another branch if required
The ability for clients to pay in a variety of currencies
Billing notices may be generated for clients who do not pay by debit to an account
The ability to set rates on a 'box by box' basis to support special promotions or fee packages
As with all Clareti Banking products, customer information need not be entered a second time. Once the customer record exists in Clareti Banking, that information is available everywhere.
