Transaction Processing: Reporting and Archiving

Generating reports from Clareti Banking is fast and easy. On delivery, Clareti Banking contains about 400 different reports that are immediately available. These can be easily modified to meet specific needs; if there is a need for a report that did not exist previously, it can be created easily.

All Clareti Banking reports are generated electronically, and Clareti Banking only produces paper reports when asked to do so, on a report by report basis. Authorized users can see reports online as needed.

Data can be held online for as long as it is needed Clareti Banking will hold customer data for as long as you wish it to be available.

There are several classes of reports that can be obtained from Clareti Banking:

  • Regularly scheduled that have been standardized. These are typically reports that are run over and over again, often but not necessarily - on a regular basis

  • 'Ad hoc' reports that can be created and run when and as needed

  • Reports generated on a one-time basis using queries

  • Reports from the Clareti Banking archive. From time to time, organizations will want to purge their database of old data and write this information to the Archive. The Archive Viewer is a data extraction tool that allows the user to view this old information and extract what is needed. Even though the information is no longer available interactively, it can still be extracted and used
