Altadata is the essential toolkit for Database Administrators and developers for Fujitsu (ICL) OpenVME to make ad-hoc and/or screen-based enquiries, updates and amendments to data. Altadata includes commands to parallel all DML actions; the ability to enter commands to be repeated in a loop and to effect automatic navigation - even of complex hierarchies. Password Administration, audit trail and a facility to inhibit selective commands are all included. An extract and store facility using serial files is also supported.
